On November 4, 1969, Sean John Combs was born in Harlem, New York City. He grew up in a housing project located in Harlem. His father, Melvin Combs, was associated with convicted drug dealer Frank Lucas and was shot and killed when Sean was only three years old. Following his father’s death, the family relocated to Mount Vernon, New York.

Cassie alleged that when she attempted to end their relationship in 2018, Diddy forced his way into her home and raped her. In response to these accusations, Diddy, through a lawyer, stated that Cassie was merely seeking financial gain, pointing to an earlier report that she had asked for a $30 million payment to maintain silence.
